Two brothers, Kirihara Naoto and Kirihara Naoya, have supernatural powers. As a result, their parents put them in an isolated laboratory to be cared for by doctors. A barrier exists around the facility and it is not until the man controlling that barrier, old Misaki, dies, that the boys are able to escape. Upon reaching the normal world, the unwitting Kirihara brothers put into motion a revolution.
